I have taken the following measurements as a guide for fit:
Waist laid flat measures 17"
Overall Inside Leg measurement is approximately 25" and up to where the cuff starts measures 20 1/2"
The outer circumference taken from where the cuff starts measures approximately 14 1/2"
 
Condition: In good condition considering age. There are a few moth nips but no holes that go through the fabric. Some faint marks from use.
